"I started smoking BBQ in my backyard in the year 2017. It was then that I realized that making great food was something that I really enjoyed doing. At first, I made BBQ for my family and a few friends, but then it became so clear to me: bringing great food to great people is a winning combination.
My goal wasn't to start a BBQ business, but once in a while, life presents you with opportunities that you have to seize. Soon the demand for smoked food began to grow at a rapid rate. I spent quite a few years learning, taking classes, and honing my skills by traveling to different BBQ locations around the country in an attempt to learn their styles, tips and tricks. I wanted to make sure that I was well prepared to take on a business endeavor.
I officially founded Holy Smokes Barbecue as a way to bring great food and great people together. Currently we service private parties, weddings and graduation parties.
